Day 342 - Not Everything Is As It Seems...

I'm not even gonna tell you what this photo is of... I'm gonna let you figure it out. It has not been edited in ANY way. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?Tonight we were at Murlough House instead of the Crosspoint Centre, cause we were skyping previous interns. It was great being able to talk to the likes of Bill and Emily again. I miss them!

Day 300 - THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!

So last night, after everyone went home, my good mood was ruined by the news that I could no longer take a gap year with Pais Project, the volunteer organisation I was hoping to go to Canada with. I thought I would be able to apply at age 17 because I would be 18 at the time, but it turns out you cannot physically apply until you are 18. So I don't know what to do with my life any more. Thankfully, my youth leader is Canadian, so I've chatted to her about it and we might try to sort something out... I just really wanted to go with Pais.

Anyway, tonight I was at Crosspoint, for the Halloween party wooooo!!! I was unsure if it was fancy dress, so I quickly grabbed my duck cap that Patrick bought me from London (awesome!!) on the way out, figuring I could say my costume was that of a duck. My brilliant costume was beaten however... by COW!! :D It's like Cow and Chicken (epic TV show from my childhood) except not...

So I had a good night to take my mind off my whole 'no idea what to do with my future' situation.

Day 261 - An Irish Blessing :)

My two good friends were married in Canada over the summer, and tonight they had their 'Irish Blessing'. I was late to it, typical me, but it was very good! It was cool hanging out with the both the Murlough and the Crosspoint gang at the same time... we also made some new friends!

Day 253 - Reunited!

A picture of a light bulb. Blame the fact that I have been snowed under with homework. I was back at Crosspoint tonight!! :D Yaaayyy!! I was there last night as well, it was great. There was mucho hugging to be done, I have missed it and the people there. I also met the new intern, Jess, she's really nice! :) I'm looking forward to the next wee while!

Day 178 - I'm... Tired... :) But Happy!

This is a series of pictures of one of my mum's Willow Tree ornaments... yeah I think I'm getting a bit addicted to black and white, but I think it works! Hope you like!Well last night I was at one a sleepover at Crosspoint, the drop in near where I live! And now... I... am... shattered!! I got home this morning at about nine, and then slept until lunch time. Ah naps! Love them! But it was a very good night! We watched movies, for example, The Lovely Bones! It's a creepy movie, but very well made - I was analysing it like I would do in Moving Image Arts class... lol. :) Yes I enjoyed myself! All day I've been in one of those moods where you're so tired that you have no idea what to do with yourself... so it's been a long day, but I'm looking forward to sleeping again tonight haha!
